COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This eight-hour course will cover all aspects of tactical leadership processes and decision-making frameworks to enhance operational efficiency as well as justifications for actions taken.Course is catered to all levels of police supervision and leadership roles, as well as those considering promotion.All sworn Law Enforcement welcome.

Lt. Jeff Rice and Lt. Jeff Clement served at both the Sergeant and Lieutenant levels with Phoenix Police Departments Special Assignments Unit (SAU). They bring an unmatched level of operational experience, particularly managing high-liability, critical incidents. TOPICS COVERED:
Interactive walk-through and debriefs of real-world hostage rescues, suspect apprehensions, vehicle interdiction’s and other high-liability violent encounters-decision making incidents progress and change-how to navigate and lead the applications of tactics and force in the current political environment.
