Manual / Mechanical Breaching – covers the efficient use of your manual and mechanical tools. Heavy emphasis on use of the Halligan tool. All officers should have a solid understanding of basic manual breaching techniques.

Energetic / Explosive Breaching

• Level I – A comprehensive course catered to the new breacher. Heavy emphasis on target analysis, appropriate charge construction, and clear examples of what different charges do to different targets. This is a certifying course for new breachers.
• Level II – Problem solving while working exclusively off your vest with what can be regularly carried by the breacher.
• Level III – Hostage Rescue specific breaching
